Congratulations to Cailyn Siider on receiving the Fishing Master 4 Scholarship from Safer Ocean Systems and BC Young Fishermen's Network
Cailyn Siider is a fifth-generation fisherman from Sointula B.C. She grew up gillnetting with her family on their family boat the Maile 3. Since earning her first fishing paycheck at 13 years old, Cailyn has fished commercially for halibut, crab, prawn, as well as salmon seine and troll.
